Changes to Resume Address field
Currently Address field in Resume is just a textbox.
Europass on the other hand has an Address field which is actually a composite field. It would be beneficial to try and implement this in Mahara as it would allow better import/export of Europass (and maybe other easier interoperability with other systems). It would be beneficial for users also as this would suggest them how to enter address data - in a way this would guide them.
The Address (composite) field in Europass consists of the folowing fields:
- s: Street name and number
- p: Country postal code prefix
- z: Postal code
- m: Municipality
- c: Country
Of thoose fields only Country is mandatory. IMPORTANT: \n denotes a new line.
The Address ic composed from those basic fields, mentioned above and can be displayed in different formats:
- s\nz m (c) - Default Address Format
- s, z m (c) - Default Address Format for Organisations
- s z m (c) - Address Format Variation
- s z m c - Address Format Variation
- s p-z m (c) - Address Format Variation
- s p-z m c - Address Format Variation
- s, p-z m (c) - Address Format for various countries, such as Sweden
- s,m z c - Address Format for various countries, such as United Kingdom
- s, z m c - Address Format for various countries, such as Ireland
- s, p-z m (c) - Address Format for various countries, such as Slovenia
- s, m, p-z (c) - Address Format for various countries, such as Latvia
- s, p-z m (c) - Address Format for various countries, such as Lithuania
- s, z m (c) - Address Format for various countries, such as Malta
