Obsolete Spec
Checking that Mahara meets current guidelines in accessibility as described in http://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG20/. Ideally we would like to meet standard AAA for everything, but we should at least meet standard AA to comply with legislation in various countries.
This will be a good place to list what currently passes and what fails to meet the guidelines, and which guidelines we will be testing against.
